When will my order arrive?

It’s important to keep in mind that we don’t work like traditional brands, fashion companies or online shops, and we like it that way. Our pre-order campaigns help us reduce unnecessary waste, because we only print what we sell. They also help us maximise profits for our creators.

The campaign ‘time left’ is listed on campaign pages next to the price. If it is still active, your order has yet to be printed and shipped.

When a campaign ends it takes us approximately 5-7 days to print and ship your order, from there, standard shipping times apply. If your order hasn’t arrived, first check that the campaign from which you purchased has ended.

For standard postage:

– UK: 3 – 5 working days from dispatch date

– Europe: 5 – 8 working days from dispatch date

– ROW: 14 working days from dispatch date

For tracked postage:

– UK: 2 – 3 working days from dispatch date

– Europe: 3 – 5 working days from dispatch date

– ROW: 5– 7 working days from dispatch date
