We offer tracked shipping, and you can select this option when it comes to checkout. We use Royal Mail Tracked, so your tracking number will be sent to you directly via Royal Mail (but give us a shout if you don’t receive it and we’ll sort you out.) Tracked shipping costs £5.95 within the UK and £8.50 to Europe, and £9.50 for anywhere else in the world.
We offer standard shipping too, however we advise that all international orders use tracked shipping for secure delivery of parcels.
For both tracked and standard shipping, you will receive a notification email once your item has been shipped. From this point our shipping times are:
For standard postage:
– UK: 3 – 5 working days from dispatch date
– Europe: 5 – 8 working days from dispatch date
– ROW: 14 working days from dispatch date
For tracked postage:
– UK: 2 – 3 working days from dispatch date
– Europe: 3 – 5 working days from dispatch date
– ROW: 5– 7 working days from dispatch date
