I've placed an order, what next?

Once you’ve placed an order with us, you will receive an e-mail with your order details. This will outline the campaign end date and when your order will be dispatched, along with details including garment ordered, size and delivery address. If the campaign reached the minimum quantity of orders to go to print, or is ‘successful,’ the campaign goes into production and we dispatch by the date sent in your initial order confirmation. If you purchase from a ‘successful’ campaign (sells 5 or more items):

You purchase a T-shirt from a pre-order campaign while it is still active
The campaign reaches 5 or more sales and it is marked as ‘successful’
The campaign reaches its end-date, at which point it as marked as ‘going to print’
We then gather all orders for the T-shirt design and book the printing job with our print team
Over the next 7-10 days, all T-shirt orders are printed, packed and dispatched
From the dispatch date, you should expect the usual Royal Mail shipping times before your order will arrive.

If you purchase from an ‘unsuccessful’ campaign (sells less than 5 items):

You purchase a T-shirt from a pre-order campaign while it is still active
At the end of the campaign, the total orders on the campaign you have purchased from are less than 5
You are automatically refunded for your purchase
Depending on your bank this may be instant or can take as long as 3-5 business days.
