I bought a Gift Card but changed my mind—can I get a refund?
Gift Cards can be refunded within 14 days by the original purchaser, as long as they haven’t been used. Once any part of the Gift Card is redeemed, it can no longer be refunded.
How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?
When you enter your Gift Card code at checkout, any remaining balance will be applied to your basket, and you’ll see the leftover balance after the transaction. If you cancel the transaction, your balance remains intact.
Can I split my Gift Card balance across different payment methods?
No, if your Gift Card balance is less than your basket total, the entire balance will be used in one go.
