Type In Focus: Design Open Call

Our landmark collection Type In Focus is back with a twist.

For the first time ever, we’re opening up one of our curated capsule collections. That means we’re on the lookout for a creator who wants to design their first T-shirt with us for one of our milestone collections.

Our annual celebration of all things type, Type In Focus brings together type designers, and designers who work with type, from all over the world. With each designer creating a T-shirt in response to one unifying theme, in past years we’ve seen designs from the likes of Jacob Wise, The Yarza Twins and Bureau Borsche.

This year’s theme? ‘Outside The Lines’. A celebration of unbridled creativity, this is about exploring the power of doing things differently. So if you’re passionate about type, and want to make a T-shirt with us, read on.

How to Enter

All you need to do is head here and drop us a link to your folio or website by the 1st of August.

Think quality over quantity; even one or two of your favourite examples of your work and style is all we need to see.

What Happens Next

We’ll let you know whether you’ve been selected by 6th August.

Then, we’ll ask our chosen designer to have their T-shirt design finalised by the 16th August. Our Creatives Team will be on hand for any questions about artwork, garments, and getting your campaign page set up too.

On the 19th August the campaign goes live! The selected design will be part of a killer collection of tees by some of the best names in design, displayed on a prime spot on our website, and with dedicated socials and newsletter support too.

One Final Thing

Everpress has always been, and will always be, a platform for everyone. We encourage anyone – from artists, to musicians, to charities – to create and sell tees on our platform (as long as they’re not in breach of our content policy).

However, for some special campaigns we call on selected artists and creators to design tees to a specific brief. For these curated collections we’re seeking to give a snapshot of some of the best talents in a specific industry or creative field, so by their nature they are selective.
