  • What if someone wants to place an order after the campaign ends?

When your campaign ends, an email field will appear in place of the "Buy Now" button on the campaign page. Here's an example. People can enter their email address to request the product and be notified if the campaign is ever launched again.

Once there are 10 or more email requests, we send you a notification by email and you can choose if you'd like to launch the campaign again, simply by responding to the email. You can also view the number requests in your campaign dashboard.

The alternative option is to relaunch your campaign, straight after it ends. It means you can continue to collect orders on an on-going basis. Simply let one of our team know in advance that you'd like to relaunch the campaign and we'll set it up for you.

  • Can I have multiple colours on my campaign?

Garments - yes, you can have up to 4 different garment colours

Design - no, it's not possible to change the print colour of your design on your campaign garments. The reason for this is that on lower print volumes a different artwork colour requires an entirely new print design set up, meaning the print costs would be higher compared to printing the whole batch of garments using one design only.

  • I’m having issues with my payment card, why?

If you are having problems checking out with your bank or credit card, then there are a few things you could double-check:

    • Are you including the three-digit CVV from the back of your card? Or four digits for Amex?
    • Is your card expiry date formatted correctly? (It should be MM and YYYY).
    • Are you using a card other than Amex, Visa, or Mastercard? We’re afraid these cards are the only ones we accept.

If it's none of the above, please let us know via request and we’ll take a look for you.

On the offchance that your card was declined for whatever reason, the checkout will display an error message that indicates how to fix the specific issue. If a bank declines a card, try using a different card or call your bank to get to the bottom of the problem.

  • How much does international shipping cost?

The amount charged for shipping is calculated automatically based on the quantity of items you're purchasing and where you're shipping to.

    • UK: £3 + £1/each additional
    • Europe: £5 + £1.5/each additional
    • Americas + Asia: £6.50 + £1.5/each additional
    • Australia: £7 + £2/each additional

  • Can I embed your sales system through my own custom site?

We're developing the functionality for this but it's not yet live. In the meantime, you can add a product thumbnail to your website and when a user clicks the image a new tab can open with the campaign page and item(s) ready to purchase. Please email for instructions on how to do this.

  • Am I right in thinking if I use your site there are no upfront costs?

Yes - our cut comes out of the sales proceeds and you take all of the profits. Our cut covers the production costs, garment costs, fulfilment and packaging costs.

  • I'd like to deliver as I receive the orders, is that possible?

No - we print all the items in one batch only once the 'campaign' ends. This is for a few reasons: 1) the limited nature of the campaigns creates a sense of urgency to purchase; 2) we can use screen printing which is the best quality print method; 3) you benefit from the economies of scale because we print all in one batch, as opposed to print on demand (one at a time) - therefore you margin per item is higher compared to print on demand

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes - 5 items. If you sell less than 5 in the campaign period, the items don't go to print and the buyers get refunded in full. Sell more than 5 items, they go to print and you make a profit!

  • 5 Reasons to Use Everpress

  • Is it possible to set a sales limit of 100 t-shirts, for example?

We suggest against setting a sales limit. We find the time limit acts in the same way as a sales limit & creates a sense of urgency for buyers to purchase. Ie. Buyers only have 2 weeks to order. The advantage is there's no upper limit on the number of sales you can collect and therefore your profits will be higher.
