Snake II

I’m an illustrator hailing from Subang Jaya in Malaysia, currently residing in London. I’d like to think my work is a vision of unbridled joy and engaging vibrant aesthetics. I try to mix patterns, colours and details to create a catalogue of illustrations that represent my sense of humour and happy outlook.

The Snake mobile game on Nokia is as nostalgic as it gets for many of us 90s kids. This t-shirt design is essentially an homage to that seemingly long-lost era!

Firstly, I’m excited for things to get better, it’s been a tough year for most! Secondly, being able to focus more on creating and selling my own work. One of the positives of being able to take a step back from the busy pace of life, was that I was able to reach some clarity on how I wanted to develop my own brand. This includes expanding into new mediums as well as returning to ones I had previously immersed myself in. One in particular I’m focusing on is tattooing, something I had done in an apprenticeship capacity back in 2018 in Malaysia. Since then, I’ve only really had the time to tattoo friends and family on the side. However recently, I’ve had the chance to actively pursue this avenue again, further my creative process and establish my style in this artform.
