Inspired by the lunar tides, this illustration was created as a direct vision from the moon to the artist. As the scene was being formed, two fireflies flew into the room, landed in front of the image and essentially had to become a part of it.

Bojana works on various personal and commissioned projects. While her work mostly consists of printmaking and bookmaking, these practices regularly transform themselves into larger installation works.
Utilizing the process of printmaking, she creates direct and sincere work. Issues concerning the feelings of belonging and being grounded while at the same time displaced, are explored through almost psychedelic imagery. Love pain, élan, melancholy, yearning, sentiment, and bittersweet longing with all its bliss and sadness are the essence and motivation behind the practice in which she creates fantasies of utopias.
Born in Belgrade, Serbia, she moved to the United States in 2014, and in 2018 earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from San Francisco Art Institute in printmaking. Currently in Brooklyn, Bojana had her work projected on the ZAZ10 Gallery billboard in Times Square, NY, has exhibited work in American Bookbinders Museum, Root Division, Diego Rivera Gallery, and various alternative spaces in the US and internationally.

Orders are printed and shipped when the campaign ends and are mailed first-class. Each campaign needs to reach it's minimum sales in order to be successful.
