EVERPRESS and Amnesty International have come together to launch 50/50, a collaborative exploration of a single topic - censorship. 50 artists, 50 t-shirt designs, 50% profit to artists, 50% profit to charity.

Leif Podhajsky is an Australian graphic designer and art director, known for his distinctive album art for artists such as Bonobo, Foals, Kylie Minogue, Lykke Li, The Horrors, Mount Kimbie, Santigold, Kelis, Tensnake and London Grammar. His artwork has featured on clothing by Nike, whiskey bottles by Ballentine’s, and snowboards by Burton. Podhajsky is also a Director at Horizons Studio which creates bespoke virtual reality experiences and applications.

Amnesty International defends individuals who are in immediate danger of serious human rights abuse. They can range from cartoonists, poets photojournalists, graffiti artists and even slogan t-shirt wearers; most of whom have been illegally detained, tortured, or sometimes killed for their activism. Everpress will donate 40% of the profits from this promotional venture to Amnesty International UK Section Charitable Trust, a registered charity, with charity registration number 1051681 and will pay 10% of the profits from t-shirt sales and the event (inclusive of VAT) to Amnesty International United Kingdom Section: Company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales no. 01735872.
