I’m an Independent visual artist and designer based in Barcelona. Although my heritage is from the warmth of South African. I use bold contrasting colour to develop my contemporary and vibrant style. Through my work, I try to transcend viewers into a utopian dream setting that evoke a unique emotional resonance for them. Exploring surrealism and depth by juxtaposing recognisable shapes & abstract forms, objects, plants, animals or constructed architecture. The scenes or compositions that I like to depict are symbolic of my surroundings, memories, places and experiences throughout my life. I’m inspired by metropolitan & nature settings, and the cultures that exist within these spaces. Abstract contemporary art, street culture, music, design, photography are listed as some of my inspiration.
