ABOUT NICOLA GAEA

To celebrate the release of new single 'Blue Skies', Nicola Gaea teams up with Illustrator Irina Selaru to create the 'Just Want To Be Free' tee. Born and raised in North London, Gaea (pronounced guy-uh) has been described by her Mother as a ‘songbird’ since young. Aiming to push the boundaries of typical music genres, she prides herself on making music for the soul, music that makes you feel good and is able to take influence from a broad catalogue of artists and sounds. Through self exploration and a deep desire to express, Gaea has learnt to take her own life experiences and of those around her, and alchemise them into art, with raw, honest and emotion-filled vocals and lyrics. Her music is highly influenced by the Reggae, Soul and Jazz hits that were played regularly in her family home.
