Independent music cup tees

The Independent Music Cup is a not for profit vehicle whereby the independent music industry aims to shine a light and raise money for a chosen charity. The IMC hosts a yearly football tournament where over 30 of the most forward thinking music companies get together to play 5-a-side football all in aid of charity. Since 2015, the IMC has raised money for CRISIS, Médecins Sans Frontières, Syria Relief, and The Young Urban Arts Foundation.
This year Jamal Augusto, a former student from YUAF worked alongside Ben Arfur to create the IMC's official merchandise with all proceeds going to YUAF. Jamal has been a student with YUAF since 2008, he quotes that the charity "have been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals in life - without their love, care & support I would not have found the ability to push myself to then create career opportunities, which have taken me across the world from Lagos to America and back to London. With the love and support of my Mum growing up, married with the care from YUAF since 2008, my confidence, self-belief and creativity have grown tremendously and honoured to have been given the opportunity to work with YUAF on the IMC T-Shirt design."
The design is inspired by Jamal's childhood, growing up in Lewisham on the estate. Jamal states that, "Living on an estate was humbling, my Mum worked many jobs and attended University to make sure we had food on the table and more. As I was born with learning difficulties, Mum made sure my speech therapy needs were met by working very hard, as my speech and confidence began to improve I found a passion in video gaming (back then it was the old school Gameboys!). This was the starting point of where I became entwined with graphic design – the love of this 90’s graphic and living on the estate in Lewisham really came together to influence our design for the Independent Music Cup T-Shirts."

Delivery
Orders are printed and shipped when the campaign ends and are mailed first-class. Each campaign needs to reach it's minimum sales in order to be successful.
NOTE: if you order garments from multiple campaigns they will be printed & shipped separately. Delivery charges are calculated separately for each campaign and added to your shopping bag.
