The green dog character is based on a small oil pastel drawing inspired by my love for all kinds of (furry) animals.
"I studied at the Academy of Arts in Düsseldorf. My studio is my playground…here I‘m surrounded by many collected things that inspire my work! I love to find my „treasures“ at flea markets and on the beach! Developing special and unique characters is certainly the basis of my artwork! Since nearly ten years I run my Instagram account VIRGINHONEY and it’s very enriching to share my art with many people around the world!"
The green dog is my first design for a T-shirt campaign! I think this cool guy might be the perfect companion for sunny days. He is super relaxed, enjoys socializing with friends and feels at home wherever you like to go!
