FREE THE PEOPLE FREE THE LAND

This fundraiser was created in order to directly support Palestinian families currently living in Gaza, who are in urgent need for food, water and other necessities of life, and for funds to escape to Egypt. 

The activist community in Tokyo, which I am a part of, has been in direct contact with many Gazans for the past months. Unfortunately, we do not have the necessary funds to support all of them. I deeply believe that our struggle for the liberation of Palestine must extend to all colonized/oppressed people & land on this Earth. While this fundraiser focuses on our kin in Palestine, my heart is also with our kin in Congo, Sudan, Haiti, Okinawa, and many many others. I hope this garment will work as a reminder that our fight is not over until all forms of (neo)colonialism and exploitation are torn down, and until each and every one of us can enjoy the exact same freedom. 

With the prayer and the clear vision for a future where all living beings... from the Earth, the trees, to the people...can live in respect and harmony with each other, and flourish through each other.
