EVERPRESS and Amnesty International have come together to launch 50/50, a collaborative exploration of a single topic - censorship. 50 artists, 50 t-shirt designs, 50% profit to artists, 50% profit to charity.

Catalogue is a creative practice founded by Oliver Shaw and Tom Pratt, specialising in graphic design, web design, art direction, books and magazines. Operating in London and New York, Catalogue have a hands-on approach that has led to them publishing a multitude of artists’ zines and their own Library Paper magazine, alongside client work for the likes of Arena Homme+, Atlantic Records, POP magazine, and Sony Records.

Amnesty International defends individuals who are in immediate danger of serious human rights abuse. They can range from cartoonists, poets photojournalists, graffiti artists and even slogan t-shirt wearers; most of whom have been illegally detained, tortured, or sometimes killed for their activism. Everpress will donate 40% of the profits from this promotional venture to Amnesty International UK Section Charitable Trust, a registered charity, with charity registration number 1051681 and will pay 10% of the profits from t-shirt sales and the event (inclusive of VAT) to Amnesty International United Kingdom Section: Company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales no. 01735872.
