To continue in their message of spreading hope and respect, ES Magazine have now placed the cover art for each version of The London United<\/i> Issue onto a limited edition t-shirt. 70% of the proceeds from the tees will go directly to The Dispossessed Fund, which helps grassroots charities tackle poverty, inequality and exclusion across the capital.<\/p>\n

Ai Weiwei<\/h3>\n

An activist, architect, curator and filmmaker, Ai became widely known in Britain after his sunflower seeds installation in Tate Modern\u2019s Turbine Hall in 2010. His bold work explores a multitude of challenging themes from censorship to human rights to war and terror.<\/p>\n

His design<\/a> was inspired by his reflections on how \u2018resilience and\u00a0common sympathy occurs with every precious existence,\u2019 and how\u00a0\u2018the liquidity of consciousness gives immediate access to joy and trauma.\u2019<\/p>\n

Anish Kapoor<\/h3>\n

When asked about the message behind his design for ES\u2019s cover<\/a>, Anish said: \u2018We\u00a0grieve together and then we know, together we must glow.\u2019<\/p>\n

Jamie Hewlett<\/h3>\n

Jamie Hewlett is an English comic book artist and designer. He is best known for being the co-creator of the comic Tank Girl and co-creator of the virtual band Gorillaz.<\/p>\n
