Reading-born self-confessed \u2018Alphabet Aficionado\u2019 <\/span>Anna Mills<\/span><\/a> has fast-established herself as a star on the rise. With a signature type-based style that embraces mediums old and new, her work spans video, gifs, digital design and even embroidery. Since appearing on our Artists to Watch list in 2021, she has created artwork for Google and appeared in an exhibition with <\/span>Terracotta Prints<\/span><\/a>, as well as our very own <\/span>Type In Focus<\/span><\/a> collection<\/span><\/a>. She recently spoke to <\/span>It\u2019s Nice That<\/span><\/a> about her process too, revealing her belief that each letter has its own \u201cpersonality\u201d \u2013 \u201dthis really lends [my work] to being animated \u2013 I want to see them jump off the page!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
