Funded by Rethink Mental Illness. John Hall Wellness Garden is an award winning community garden in the centre of Leek that exists for your wellbeing.
Offering a range of activities including gardening, land maintenance, craft sessions, wellbeing courses, educational workshops and creative writing (where these T-shirts were created) John Hall Wellness Garden and it's devoted team are here to guide you back to peace.
Looking at the 5 Ways To Wellbeing - 'Be Active', 'Give', 'Connect', 'Keep Learning' and 'Take Notice'. Our wonderful creative writing group have developed 5 collaborative poems representing each idea. The group hopes that their words resonate with you as much as they did for them.
